The meeting will begin at 9:30 on 3 March and conclude at 17:30 on 4 March. Attendance is required for all Work Package Leaders, while other project partners are warmly invited to participate on a voluntary basis. Please note that the Annual Meeting is a private event restricted to project partners, with no external participants.
Following the Annual Meeting, a Demonstration field trip will take place on 5 March. Participants will have the opportunity to attend a demonstration located in a beech forest in the municipality of San Godenzo.
